Queen’s offers an outstanding English Language Program for Young Learners which is designed and based on the University of Cambridge Young Learners Course (YLE). The course is proven to encourage the use of English and build confidence in a relaxed, fun and friendly environment.
Queens’s Junior Young Learner teachers are highly qualified and are supported by an academic management team with vast experience. They benefit from an ongoing teacher training & development program which keeps them up to date with the latest international developments in teaching younger learners!
Research shows that children find the University of Cambridge ESOL Young Learner English (YLE) Courses highly motivating. They provide an enjoyable and non threatening way of assessing the English of children between the ages of 7 and 12. The tests are currently taken by over 310,000 children in about 55 countries around the world. There is no pass or fail for any of the examinations. Children receive a Queen’s certificate on completion of the course.
