Queens was founded in 2003 in South Woodford, London. Although a relatively young language centre, it has rapidly grown to become one of the most respected centres in London. Every year we welcome students from all over the world. As well as attending a course they come to make new friends and to experience English life and culture. To help our students achieve these aims we arrange a tailored package to suit each individuals needs.
Yes, the Queens teaching method is truly personalised. Each course participant receives a personalised learning experience from the personal interview and feedback on the initial assessment, through their input into the planning process, their monthly personal tutorials and the regular progress tests to the personal competence profile given to them with their certificate when they leave.
The goal of our learning programme is to make the course participants confident in all aspects of using the language: listening, spoken interaction and production, reading and writing.
